Can i do bipc open intermideate while studying regular engineering and both simultaneously in one year

No u can't do both simultaneously because you need to clear all the subject in intermediate either open or regular. After passing only you can get the engineering admission .and u can write the other exams like emcet, kcet, kcomedk and other institution entrance exams.
