Can I do both civil and electrical and any benifit of doing two degree

dear student,

the answer is actually YES.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has finally given the go-ahead to students to pursue two degree courses simultaneously.

there is no benifit . As of my advice you should choose one of them and choose your carrier wisely.
