Dear candidate.....hope you're doing good..

Well, no you may not take part in the four years B.Tech program in any engineering college since you've failed in mathematics. Physics, chemistry and mathematics are the compulsory subjects in the senior secondary examination in which you need to score minimum 75 percentage of marks to get admission into an engineering college through entrance examination.
