can i do ceramic BE externally?

See, there are many institutions/colleges which offer the Bachelor of Engineering or the BE degree in either the online mode or in the correspondence mode. By externally I think that you mean that you want to follow the correspondence version of the BE degree. Some of the colleges where you can do distance BE in your required field are as follows:
