can i do wbsc,upsc etc.. prepration along with accademic..means is that type of environment is provided to this college?

If someone is currently in college and he/she wants to prepare for high level exams like UPSC than it becomes difficult for them to manage. Because one don't get enough time to prepare for such exams. And as we know these exams are having wide syllabus which requires lot of time in addition to focus. By focus i mean that if one is preparing for it then he/she must concentrate only on that particular exam and other exams related to in wrt syllabus.
But yes if you do college studies as a non~attending candidate then you can. Otherwise it will not be possible for you to manage both at the same time. Yes you can do research about the exam as much as you can and understand the need of exam during those college years.
At last, you can begin with your exam preparations in your final year of college.
* so by attending college you will not get the environment to prepare for high level exams.
