Yes you can do Bachelors of Pharmaceuticals after class 12 only if you have scored minimum 50% in aggregate with mandatory subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology. Although this is just the basic eligibility criteria one needs to fulfill. The admission procedure and cut offs differ from college to college.

It is a 4 year degree course.
