Yes you can edit the admission form if you had applied after 3rd May 2019 you can visit and open the admission form and can do the edits but if you had applied before 3rd may then you need to contact the technical department or you can contact admission helpline number - 0120-3371440

You can edit your admission form for B.Tech 2019 if you get the "edit" option when you open the portal on which you applied for it or else you can shoot an email or make a phone call to get the mistake rectified or get more information on what to do next in such a case.
