Can I enter into IIT's if i dont have 75 percent

No, you don't get admission into IITs if your percentage is below 75. IITs have eligibility criteria of more than 75% in 12th exam. Many institutes other than IITs and NITs ,that take admission through JEE ADVANCED have eligibility criteria of 65% like RGIPT JAIS. This is the institute of national importance in line of IITs and board percentage criteria is less there.

Hello,
Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board.
For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.
For admissions to B.Arch. programmes:
Candidates need to have PCM mandatorily in their 10+2 or equivalent exam.
They need to have secured minimum 50% marks in these subjects in aggregate and 50% individually too.
