Nope OJEE and JEE both are different. If you have taken OJEE exam then only you can apply for counseling else you can't.
JEE counseling if done by the entrance board and both are different. If you have taken both the exams then apply for both of them with the marks secured in the respective exams. DON'T MIX THEM. PLEASE else you won't get an admission any where through counseling. Follow the guidelines from the official board prior the applying for counseling.
