To get 371 J reservation, you need to have the following certificates with you:

* Study Certificate -The study certificate of the applicant from class 1 to 10 is sufficient. It can be obtained from the school where the applicant has studied. It must be signed by the concerned BEO officer.

* ID Proof (At least 3)-Driving License, PAN, Birth Certificate, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar, etc are required which will be used while submitting all the documents.

* Residential Certificate - Get a certificate from the court which states that you are a resident of that region.

* Khata Extracts - Get the tax receipts of the amount that you have paid for your land revenue or for your house rent.

*Get all the documents attested by any Gazetted officer in your locality or anywhere else.

*Sometime it also happens that you do not have all the certificates but you urgently need something known as RD number while filling forms for various exams like KCET and others. In these situations an RD number can be obtained online from Nemmadi Kendra and later the documents must be submitted at the Tehsil Office.

*Submit all the documents at the Tehsil Office.You will be provided with an RD number which can be used for further reference.
