Can i get a college if i got 25.71percentile in jee mains 2021.If can which college?

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 25 percentile you hold no chance for admission in NITs, IIITs , CFTIs. You should have at least around 97 percentile to get into these colleges.
