Can I get a fee waiver at a engineering colleges from TS EAMCET in Telangana as an OBc student ,with a rank of 6700 .

The rank you secured is obviously fine . And you can get any core stream in any of the top 5 engineering college in TS . So keep yourself updated with the counselling process and apply for counselling , since getting seat through counselling process would end up with fee waiver . If you father is a government employee you should pay some amount which is around 10k otherwise you need not to pay any fee expect examination fee.
