If you dont score atleast 100 then you should not be expecting any good college across Maharashtra be it any branch.
Without MHTCET scores, this shall be impossible.
Either JEEmains or mhtcet is mandatory for admissions. So better you appear for the exam and score 125 and abive to target top end colleges.
