The good government for barch and bplanning are NITs, IITs and SPAs. And jee mains paper2 can help you to get admission in NITs and SPAs. Generally NITs closes before 2000 and SPAs closes before 3000. So for 10k you won't get these colleges. So you may look for private colleges accepting jee mains paper2 score
