I am very sorry to say that you can't get any seat in any college through Jee main rank .
You should apply for another exam or for direct admission in private college .

I am sorry to tell you that you might not get a good private or government college with 42% in boards and 56 percentile in JEE Main because your scores are really very less .There is a chance that you might admission in private college but you have to pay a hefty amount of donations.
