can i get a government engineering college with 87% in jee mains??

Hello,
If you belongs to general category, 87 percentile is not enough to get government colleges.
If you belongs to OBC category you can get admissions in State Government Colleges and GFITs.
But if you belongs to SC/ST category you have bright chances to get NITs.
