The admission is not actually based on your 12th percentage everywhere, the terms have changed. It is now based on the entrance ranking.

Some colleges do consider your 12th percentage but you can avoid that as you have other good options.

So focus on preparing for engineering entrances like JEE MAiN which is the main one and then you can get admission in NIT and IIIT's.
