With a NEET score of 230, getting a seat in a government medical college is highly unlikely as cutoff scores are much higher, usually above 600 for unreserved categories and above 400 for most reserved categories.

However, with 230 marks, you may get a seat in a private medical college, especially in states like Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka, where some private colleges accept lower scores
