can i get a refund from college agter paying fees?

It will be totally depend on your college dear. If you are already paid the college fee's but never want to get admission you can directly talk to thr accounts in this college. If theh are deny then you can talk to personally the college director or college principle. If they are aggre with you then you can get full refund or some amount deducted refund. But if they are refused then you can't do anything because they don't want to loss one seat. So just talk to the college authority and convenience them.
