Hiii
To get a govt seat after appearing for NEET exam is not an easy task. To secure your place in a govt medical college you must have to get atleast 560-600 marks to be on safe side if you are of general category and atleast 450-500 for SC category.
So you have to study all three subjects and give importance to all subjects. Leaving 1 subject will not be fair .
