AP EAMCET is the annual entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU) for admissions to various B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Sc courses offered by it. The exam will be conducted in online mode from April 20 to 25. The counselling will be conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) in online mode.
As for your question, if you just qualify, you might ot might not be able to get a seat. To get a seat in the preferred course, you need to get good marks. Whether you get a seat or not will depend on the cutoffs of the year and the choices taht you have filled during counselling procedure. As for scoring 40, there is no guarantee that you will get the seat as cutoffs and qualifying marks vary.
