67%ile for OBC candidate is too low score to get any decent NITs/IIITs/GFTIs.
You should try for state engineering college of your home state.Most probably you will get that.
Also you can take a drop and prepare for the next year so that you will improve your score and get some reputed college through JEE.
If you have appeared in any other engineering entrance like BITSAT,SRMJEE,VITEEE,Manipal,Amity,Amrita ,GITAM,etc then you can try to get college through their counselling .these colleges are also reputed and standard.
