Can I get a seat in electrical branch in NIT.My rank is 78711 and marks 87 and I belongs to general category.

You can go for NIT delhi and IIIt allahabad in CSAB spot round.But be sure about that. If you get any in that round your money will not be refunded.I personally suggest you to go for state level colleges.If
you still want to go for NIT as many want to go please check all the cutoffs before filling the choices.Don't fill any NIT IIIt which have a bad placement scenario.If you have any more questions you can message me.
