I am sorry to say but there are no chances of you getting electrical or mechanical in HBTU Kanpur.
The cutoff for EE for round 3 was 33000 CRL rank and for Mechanical it was 36000 CRL Rank.
But you can get branches like- BioChemical, Food, Leather, Oil, Paint, Plastic Technology.
