Can i get a seat in shreshta exam I got rank 5000

STESHTA exam is meant for 3000 SC students, so with rank 5000 it is unlikely you will get a seat in the first rounds.Sometimes seats become available later or in special rounds, so there is a small hope, but mostly your rank is too high for regular seats.
