As per your score in JEE Mains 2019 there is no chance to get any NIT on 90 percentile but on this score you may get state based colleges. Generally in order to get NIT through JEE Mains for open category the minimum percentile shold be above 97. You can predict your college on basis of JEE Mains score from the below link :
