Yes there are many ,However, some of the B Tech colleges do not participate in the JEE Main counselling and conduct admissions either through their own entrance exam or through state level entrance exams.

Some of them participates in Private College Engineering Entrance Exams. Universities like Manipal University, VIT University, SRM Universities, etc. conduct their own entrance exams basis which admissions are done in B Tech courses. These top private engineering colleges also require students to secure at least 60% marks in class 12 board exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

You have not mentioned which college you are interested in, so is you want admissions in NITs, IIITs then you will have to give JEE main and get the required cut off. But if you are interested in other colleges then you can give other exams for admissions. It is not compulsory that to join any college you have to give JEE main. There are many colleges that offer admissions on the basis of different exams. JEE Main 2021 Paper 1 is conducted for B.E/B.Tech admissions at NITs , IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments.
