Your score is good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting higher ranked NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal,etc.You can also give JEE MAINS phase 2 so you can improve your score as best of two is considered.So,all the best.
