Yes, you can apply for BBA admission with 61% marks in Class 12. However, since you currently have an RT/compartment in one subject , final admission will depend on clearing that subject in the upcoming exam.

Many colleges allow provisional admission to students whose compartment result is pending. Once you clear the subject and submit the updated marksheet, your admission can be confirmed.
