I would like to inform you that yes you can get admission in some good colleges having 60% in your 12th examination. And Yes you can easily get admission in any private Engineering College or in government college also but not in NIT or IIT because they require minimum 75% in boards Here I am giving the name of some institutions you can opt for:-

Haldia institute of technology.
Lovely professional university.

So like that you can choose but every college has a different criteria of admission. It depends on what college you wanna go. Some colleges have high percentage criteria some have none. So keep learning keep growing.
