Hey there, It is seen from last year trend in NEET that you can get a clinical seat in NEET PG with your rank,for example the candidate who got rank 54112 got MS ENT in Aarupadai veedu medical college,pondicherry Via all india quota , So with state reservation, you could even get better colleges , good luck
