Yes, definitely you can get admission in University of Delhi with 89.6% in your boards. But there are many things on which your admission depends upon such as the course which you want to pursue because every college has different cutoff for different courses. Also your category matters a lot as the cutoff difference between general category and Sc/St is more. So please provide the course which you want to opt so that we can further help you. The north campus colleges generally has high cutoffs which lies often 95%+. So if you get admission then it will be of the south campus colleges of DU.
