Sorry to inform you but with rank this low you might not able to get any college in Mumbai this year. Even for SC, that rank is too much. However, you might get admission in your home state NIT and some other NITs(lower). I suggest you fill in all the NITs in the decreasing order along with the preference of the branch of your choice.
