Can I get admission in gujarat private college in 404 ?

if you belong to gujrat then you can appear for its state counseling and hence able to take admission in one of the private medical college. here is a list of self finance college which had a cut off below 404 previous year. do keep in mind that each year cut off fluctuates due to various reason and may happen this year as well.
