can i get admission in iit dhanbad my score is 607 but i didnt get seat in 1st round i want tunneling there

As far as I know, there is no reservation(State based Reservation) in IPU sliding Round/offline counselling round. I don’t have any knowledge about SC/ST/OBC quota.

Regarding the seat allotment, if you are not allotted any seat during sliding round, you can retain your seat, that you were allotted in 3rd round of counselling.

It is only if you get a better seat(college/stream), in sliding round, that your previous allotted seat is vacated.
