It totally depends on the type of question and pattern of that year.
But i would like to clear some things for you.
If you really want to get into iit then stop asking question like these or like how much minimum marks do i need to get into iit. Because it is never enough, what iit will demand is your 100%. If you can't give your 100% then leave it.
