It is always mamdatory for candidate to register before registrstion date expired to get an admission. In your case registration date got expired so you can not able to register, so you can not get the admissionm however you can do one thing, just het the helpline contact number and mail id from official website, and tell them youe concern that why yoi hadnt registered before it got expired, they might able to help you.
