can I get admission in NCE CHANDI with 29 percentile in jee mains and I belongs to SC/ST category

As you have mentioned that you have got 29 percentile and taking into consideration that belong to sc/st category but still the dynamics changes every year depending upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, Difficulty level of the paper.
