Can I get admission in nit suratkal if I complete my 12th in Hyderabad. I already studied for 10years in Karnataka

JEE does take admission on the basis of home state and other state .If you are able to provide your residential certificate of any state you will be considered as home state category student other wise other state category.
If you have residential certificate of karnataka then you can use that for appearing as home state candidate of karnataka.
Even if you have studied 12th from any where either you can appear as home state or other state student.
