Yes you can get admission in nits If you score well in JEE mains . Through JEE mains you can get admission into btech but not in bsc as nits don't provide bsc courses.You have to get the T.C of respective college from where you are doing your bsc.
If you are from General Category then you need to score a minimum of 95+ percentile to get NITs. And if you are from reserved category, then 80+ percentile score is enough to get NITs.
