you may get some of the north-eastern nits if you have home state quota. you may get them irrespective of your performance in jee advanced as its score is not considered for admission in the nits. feel free to ask any doubts in the comments section.
If you belong to general category then you'll require a percentile more than 97% to get a seat in any NIT under any course. The closing rank for most of the NITs is 25k. However if you have state quota in any NIT you may get lower branches in the college. Moreover NITs give admissions based on your jee main score only, jee advance has nothing to do with this. With jee advance score you can only get into IITs.
