Hello Ravi,
In 95.04 %ile your OBC category rank would be around 10,000. In this rank you are not going to get any top NIT.
Tell your Home State in the comment section....

In NIT Patna you will get admission even in CSE...

You cannot get top Nit But you can get Lower Or New NIT. If you will score more than 115 marks in mains, then you will get Top NIT. But with this percentile, you can get other government colleges or Best private enginnering colleges like Bit mesra. Give your best. Best of luck.
