Can I get admission in upsee if my general rank is 30986 in and in GN 6141 and in OSmy rank is 1911

You have to take an admission using your OS Categorical rank. you can apply for any branch you want with it. List of college name you can take into consideration:-

for CSE you can apply for :-

• GCET
  
• Ajay kumar garg engineering college
  

for EEE:-

• IET, Lucknow
• Kamla Nehru Institute of technology
  
• Bundelkhand University
  

better to try for IET which is one of the top college. Also keep a back up for other college. you deserve better college to take an admission.
