predicting such things based on marks alone can be counterproductive and anxiety inducing to say the least. Ranks VS. Marks vary each year based on factors like paper difficulty, number of sets, number of exam takers, etc.
For example, this year due to Covid, many students might choose to drop counselling and wait another year (a hypothetical case) if that happens then the cut offs would drop significantly in later rounds of counselling. So one cannot say much without a rank in hand.
