Can I get admission only through Jee main result or MAHACet result is compulsory for getting admission?

You can get admission through both of them,mh cet engineering will only get you admission in a college in Maharashtra whereas with your mains score you can get into admission anywhere in India. Your mains score can also be used to apply for Maharashtra colleges as well
