Yes you can provided you have qualified the eligibility criterias and the cutoff of the exam and the colleges you are aiming of.
then you can admission through JEE mains.
The criteria is :
75% marks in 12th board or equivalent exam or be in top 20 percentile in your respective board.
have passed all the subjects in your boards.
