can i get admission to any iits if i have scored 78% in 12ths but not 75%in pcm? is it possible?

Yes because according to the eligiblity criteria the candiadtae must have secured 75% in atleast 5 subjects as whole.
He/She should be having 5main subjects as paasing ones.
