Hello Vishal Kumar Saw,
If we look into the previous years data for the closing ranks for admission in various steams in IIT, for an SC candidate in 2018, the maximum rank upto which a seat was alloted was 916 ST rank or the IIT Dhanbad (Chemical Engineering)
So if you are lucky, you might end up grabbing a seat in IIT, chances are little bleak but you never know.
