Can I get any collage in jammu with 33 points

If you are talking about jee mains,then I am sorry to say that you cannot get any good institute because you have not qualified JEE mains. There are pretty good private engineering colleges in Jammu. So pls apply for all those good private engineering colleges and try to secure a good rank in their entrance exams. After all it's you who is going to do all the hardwork. A college is just a platform for you to work.
