There are slight chances of getting a seat with these marks in govt college as the cutoff for govt Colleges goes usually above 140 so to secure a seat in govt college you need to work hard.
Whereas talking about private colleges there are many Colleges where you can seek admissions under various courses.

I am sorry but you will not get any good colleges with this marks.
Please do counselling with your other exam result like JEE mains or other state level exam if you have given.
I will suggest you to drop this year and join coaching centres. After one year of hard working you will get IITs and NITs and study in IITs and NITs will make your life easy and beautiful.

Please be patient , don't take admission any where. Just know about the college very well which you want to take admission.
